MASS MoCA will mount the largest survey of contemporary Canadian art ever produced outside Canada. Curator Denis Markonish's comprehensive research began with a initial list of 800 artists and included 400 studio visits, has been norrowed to 60 artists to exhibit in the 14,000 sqft of main floor galleries in North Adams, MA.

Skew Gallery is pleased to announce that represented artists Amalie Atkins and DaveandJenn have been selected to participate in this signifigant exhibition.

Congratulations to Tia Halliday for her recent selection for Magenta's Flash Forward- Emerging Photographers award. Award winners will participate in the biennial Flash Forward Festival taking place October 6 - 10, 2010 In Toronto, ON. This exhibition will bring together emerging photographers from Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom. Skew Gallery would like to congratulate Matt Crookshank on his solo exhibition Razor Beam at the Museo De La Ciudad Santiago de Queretaro, in Mexico. In addition to his solo exhibition, Crookshank also exhibited work created at the Banff Centre as part of the collective Unconstrained Growth Into The Void. Both of these exhibitions took place April. 24th to June 21st. 2009 curated by Gabriel Horner Garcia.
